Insolvency & Restructuring Manager / Senior Manager - Guernsey

Ambition have partnered with a global advisory firm to help with the hiring of an Insolvency & Restructuring Manager / Senior Manager to join their Guernsey or Jersey office.

The firm are open to speaking with Insolvency & Restructuring professionals who are either currently working in the Channel Islands or looking to relocate to either Guernsey or Jersey.

You will be part of a 20+ person team in the Channel Islands and will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring client entities and relationships. Naturally, as a Manager / Senior Manager you will have the responsibilities of running and managing a team as well as managing a complex and large portfolio of cases. You will also be responsible for working and liaising with lawyers, agents and other advisors.

In order to be suitable for the Insolvency & Restructuring Manager / Senior Manager position you will:

• Have experience in all aspects of recovery assignments, including contentious & non-contentious matters
• Be experience in performing independent business reviews and investigation matters
• Be accounting qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Minimum 4+ years insolvency & restructuring experience
