Insolvency & Restructuring Director/Partner

Ambition are excited to be working with this client who are looking to bring on board an Insolvency & Restructuring Director or junior Partner into their Manchester team.

As an Insolvency & Restructuring Director, this firm will be an exciting proposition to be part of - they pride themselves on their work with quality corporate insolvency and advisory engagements rather than just "volume" and the team has successfully brought through a number of dynamic and ambitious staff at the earlier end of their careers up the ladder.

You will be tasked with leading on insolvency and advisory engagements, taking appointments but also expected to introduce work from your network or have the intention of winning work in the near future. The type of work that the business usually would source is Administrations, Liquidations, Property Receiverships as well as general advisory work i.e. contingency planning, options and IBRs.

Culturally, the firm acts as a family unit and see it of utmost importance that they retain and develop staff as best as possible - making this a very pleasant place to work.

To be considered for this opportunity, you need to have demonstrable experience of leading and delivering on insolvency and advisory cases. This does not necessarily need to be in equal mesasure! Furthermore, you need to be able to prove your work winning ability, client-facing expertise and good business development activity as this will be a feature of the role besides delivery and appointment-taking.
