What You'll Work On

You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments, including:

• CVLs (Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations)
• Administrations
• CVAs (Company Voluntary Arrangements)
• Large, complex cases you typically only see in top-tier firms

Rare Restructuring Advisory Exposure

Alongside core insolvency work, there is also a bit of restructuring advisory on offer - this is extremely rare to see at this level, making the role even more attractive for someone who wants to broaden their technical skillset.

This may include:

• Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
• Options analysis
• Cash flow reviews and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Pre‑lend reviews
