Ambition are recruiting with a top organisation who have a requirement to introduce an Insolvency Accountant; offering the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments.
The firm are looking for a qualified accountant with strong insolvency experience to handle formal assignments but also cases which have a cross border / international element. A good portion of these cases will be sizeable and have extensive group structures as well as a requirement for contentious expertise.
Your day to day would include but not be limited to:
- Tracing of Assets and investigating misconduct
- Reviewing complex disputes and interpreting accounts/financial information.
- Extensive correspondence with staekholders and advising appropriately i.e. Creditors, agents, valuers etc.
- Leading on smaller cases and assisting on large complex cases on all types of formal appointments - some of which will be international.
Based on the nature of the work, you need to have at least 3 years' insolvency experience AND be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA). CPI is desirable but not essential.
