HR M&A Transactions Senior Manager

We have teamed up with a global management consultancy to help identify an experienced HR professional to operate as a Senior Manager in the global HR Transactions team in London.
This division advises and supports clients through the deal cycle of an M&A transaction by providing HR related services covering HR transformation, Organistation Change Management, HR Processes and Transaction Support by way of people synergies post-deal.
Based on the strength and size of the team, this team are well verse in global collaboration to deliver on transactions across the UK, Europe and other global hotspots. These engagements are often complex and fast paced in nature and will require strong project management skills to pull together each key component of the transaction from a people / HR perspective.
As the Senior Manager in the HR Transaction team, you will be expected to support the project by addressing HR Transaction / People related matters through each stage of the deal including pre-transaction and upon deal completion.
You will be troubleshooting and managing potential issues during client assignments and will help analyse data and present high quality risk managed reports for executive presentations back to the client during each phase of the transactions.
The recruitment process for this hire will be for us to compile a shortlist of candidates that meet the following technical requirements as set out by our client:
- Experience advising on HR/People related matters on M&A transactions, ideally HR due diligence / HR Post-deal integration / corporate restructuring assignments.
- Experience of HR advisory and consulting within a professional services environment or as an internal consultant within a large corporate.
- Experience in advising clients on a range of large-scale transformation programmes and busines change projects.
