About the Role: As the Head of Marketing & Business Development, you will collaborate with senior leadership to implement and enhance strategic initiatives. You will manage and develop a talented team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support aligned with the firm's objectives. Your role will involve:

• Leading the In-Group M&BD team, setting objectives, and ensuring consistent delivery.
• Developing and implementing sector-specific business development plans.
• Managing proposals, bids, and marketing materials for client opportunities.
• Overseeing budget management and process improvements.
• Building strong relationships across the firm's international network.
• Driving client engagement and research initiatives.
• Ensuring consistent brand management and effective PR campaigns.

What's needed:

• Previous senior management level experience within a marketing and BD function across legal or professional services
• The ability to work with senior leadership teams to drive innovation and strategic priorities
• Ability to encourage a high performing mindset across the marketing and BD function
• Previous line management experience is essential
