Head of Business Development & Clients

We are working with and offshore international Law firm to help support them in their search for a new permanent Head of Business Development in their Jersey office reporting into the COO and working in a team with 2 other individuals.

This is a strategic client facing role with a focus on working with fee earners to win clients and new business. You will need to find ways to out perform the firms competition and maintain the firms positive image in Jersey and further afield.

Your key focus will be on:

-Strategic business planning

-Managing campaigns that drive results -Business advice and coaching for Heads Of Departments and fee earners

-Conducting research to provide market intel, client mapping and leads

-Developing and maintaining local client relationships and seeking collaboration with other jurisdictions

-Developing relationships with counterparts and industry group leaders.

The successful candidate will come from a professional services background and have worked in Business Development & Marketing.

The firm will look at relocation packages if the situation should arise.
