A top-tier, international law firm is looking for an exceptional Head of Business Development & Marketing to lead its BD, client development, and brand strategy across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with senior leadership to deliver strategic client growth plans
• Leading on "Must Win" pitches and driving key client relationships
• Shaping marketing, communications, and brand reputation across digital and traditional platforms
• Managing and mentoring a high-performing BD & Marketing team
• Driving innovation, insight, and measurable business impact across the function

What we're looking for:

• Proven senior BD/Marketing leader from a legal background
• Commercially sharp, people-focused, and results-driven
• A strong communicator and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Hands-on leadership style with a track record of delivering strategy and execution
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, or partnership environments
