Group Reporting Accountant

Ambition is representing a leading International Law Firm who are currently looking for a Group Reporting Accountant (24 month contract). As a Group Reporting Accountant, you will be part of the Group Finance team and report to the Group FC. The firm supports a flexible working environment and promotes equal opportunities.

As the Group Reporting Accountant some of your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the production of the firms monthly management accounts
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual metrics for analysis of partner, practice group and regional performance
• Responsible for headcount reporting across the fee earner and business support populations
• Responsible for all stages of detailed WIP valuation at year end
• Participating in the firm's annual statutory accounting with the group teams, accountants in overseas offices and auditors
• Assist in preparing of the statutory accounts
• Preparing responses for various quarterly and annual legal industry services

To be successful in this Group Reporting Accountant position, some of the requirements include:

• Accountant with experience in the Legal Sector or wider Professional Services
• Brilliant Communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good Excel and data manipulation skills
