Global Sustainability Lead

We are working on an exciting and innovative role to hire a Global Sustainability Lead for an international law firm with a growing footprint. The role will give you the opportunity to lead on the firms sustainability efforts on a global scale, working within the Global Communications team and alongside senior leaders within the firm.

You will be given the opportunity to scope and lead firmwide strategy on this topic and be the firms champion for sustainability, working on the firms three core pillars: People, Planet and Practices.

Core objectives of the role include;

• Work in tandem with the senior leaders in the firm, to lead and implement the firmwide Sustainability strategy, this will also lead to you work on joined up campaigns with the firms D&I lead.
• Develop and create firmwide comms and marketing content to promote and embed sustainability across the firm on a global scale.
• Take on key internal relationships to champion sustainability whilst also being pivotal in driving external client relationships on this subject matter. You will become the main point of contact for the firm on all matters of sustainability.
• Work with the partners on what the firms clients are looking for from the firm and coach them around the topic and offering.

As this role is covering a hot topic within society quite clearly we need someone who is passionate about the sustainability piece, in terms of profile we would be looking to engage individuals from across the Marketing,Comms & client relationship spectrum. We would welcome engagement from individuals who have prior experience of working in a partnership environment at a management level, alongside sustainability specialist from other corporate backgrounds.
