A leading international organisation is seeking a seasoned and strategic Global Mobility Director to lead and evolve its global mobility function. This pivotal role will oversee the design, implementation, and management of international assignment programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with global regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global mobility strategies that support talent deployment and international growth.
  • Lead a team of mobility professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Tax, and external vendors to ensure seamless relocation experiences and policy compliance.
  • Advise senior leadership on mobility trends, risks, and opportunities, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee expatriate compensation, immigration, tax, and relocation services across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards.

  • Proven experience in global mobility leadership within a multinational environment.
  • Deep understanding of international assignment policies, immigration, tax, and relocation practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
