We are delighted to be working with a dynamic international professional services firm in the search for a newly created Head of Services position.

Reporting into the CEO, this role is one of the key leadership positions for the firm sitting on a senior management team with some other extremely skilled and highly impressive individuals.

The Global Head of Services will lead on all commercial efforts and play a critical role on delivering on the firm's strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead service line commercial operations globally
• Oversee heads of audit, tax, advisory, legal and business development for the firm
• Enhance inter-firm collaboration and global integration of services.
• Develop approaches for supporting industries/sectors.
• Be the go-to leader for new service line offerings
• Utilize analytics for insights and strategy
• Provide high-level support for the people agenda

Requirements include:

• 15+ years of professional services experience
• Extensive leadership experience
• A proven ability to lead diverse teams through change
• Capability to inspire and drive performance across global teams.
• Credibility to persuade leadership teams and their heads of service lines, in a global Network where influence is essential.
• Ability to craft and articulate the global strategic vision both internally and externally, enhancing brand visibility and market influence.
• Travel required
