Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Overseeing and undertaking work across audit (40%), accounts and tax (60%)
 - Mentoring junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
 - Working closely alongside other Managers and Partners
 - Reviewing work of junior members of staff
 - Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
 - Acting as a trusted advisor, offering strategic financial guidance to help clients achieve their business goals.
 - Staying informed about changes across audit, accounts, and tax regarding laws and regulations, advising clients accordingly.
 - Leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
 
The ideal candidates for this role will have the following:
- Strong experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients
 - ACCA or ICAEW qualified
 - Proficiency in accountancy and office software
 - Experience supporting, and training junior members of staff
