Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Ambition are delighted to be partnering with a leading and very aspirational law firm to hire a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Reporting directly in to the firm's CFO, the role holder will have accountability for all firmwide commercial outputs and key indicators. The successful individual will be excellent at analysing trends and identifying commercial opportunities for the firm.

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will be required to be proactive and strategic, taking a long term view on growth for the firm. The successful candidate will be dynamic, motivated and have the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will also take responsibility for an existing high performing team and be part of the wider leadership team.

Requirements for the role include:

• Previous experience in a Legal or professional services firms
• Experience in a leadership role
• Extremely strong commercial acumen
• Some pre-existing FP&A experience
