Ambition is representing a Top Global Law Firm who are currently looking for a proactive Finance Systems professional (Functional Analyst) to provide high quality expert financial systems support and maintain their reputation for excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in this department or for a Legal Biller/Revenue Controller with Elite 3E knowledge, who is keen to take the next step in their career and assist the global function.

As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support in identifying improvements for the finance system and participate in their design, testing and implementation, as well as providing project support.

As the Finance Systems Analyst some of your responsibilities include:

• Provide high quality and expert financial systems support to the global user community
• Manage 3E support calls in a timely manner
• Recording, monitoring and escalation of software bugs and issues
• Continuously strive to improve service, processes and use of Finance Systems
• Assist in the maintenance and coordination of system setups and security
• Actively engage in projects being undertaken to improve finance systems
• Assist with the design of functional improvements and provide software testing to ensure solution meets requirements and is ready for implementation
• Aid in the identification of functional improvements by business partnering with BA and Development teams
• Perform the 3E month-end and year-end processes, alongside the team
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of training documentation and scripts

To be successful in this Finance Systems Analyst position, some of the requirements include:

• Experience in using Elite 3E as a Systems Analyst or within a transactional role (i.e. Billing)
• Organised and great time management skills
• A flexible approach and good communication skills
• Proactive and solution orientated
