Finance Business Partner

Join one of the UK's top international law firms in their well-established Commercial Finance team. This newly created role will involve working closely with Partners to provide insightful financial analysis that drives strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with key business leaders to influence and drive financial performance.
• Provide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure financial best practices are implemented.
• Support the implementation of new business initiatives and projects from a financial perspective.

Requirements:

• Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
