Events Executive

I am currently recruiting for an Events Executive on behalf of a London-based law firm. This role is within the Marketing and Business Development department, specifically supporting the events team.

Role Overview: The Events Executive will be responsible for executing a variety of online and in-person events, providing expert advice and guidance to fee earners and the business development team. This role demands exceptional project management skills, a proactive approach, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver a range of events from start to finish.
• Liaise with fee earners to ensure engagement throughout the event lifecycle.
• Adhere to policies and best practices for program consistency and cost management.
• Conduct venue research and create bespoke proposals.
• Manage event budgets and liaise with venues and suppliers.
• Produce event materials and manage event communications.
• Ensure all events are brand compliant and align with the firm's values.
• Provide pre-event and on-site assistance.
• Collaborate with the business development and marketing team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience in an events role, preferably within professional services.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Vuture and InterAction/CRM systems is a plus.
