Events Coordinator

I'm currently working with a leading US law firm in their search for an Event Coordinator to join their team based in London. This role will be focused on their European markets working with their global team.

The Event Planning Coordinator will support with planning, coordination and execution of all client-related, firm-hosted events, seminars, sponsorship opportunities and attorney speaking engagements. This role also includes working within event-related marketing systems, as well as event budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, plan and manage all activities related to firm-hosted events and webinars.
  • Identify and negotiate with appropriate off-site venues and vendors regarding all aspects of events, from food and décor to giveaways.
  • Create and distribute event invitations, event list management, and RSVP tracking and reporting.
  • Manage budgets.
  • Oversee on-site set-up and attendance.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous proven experience working in a fast-paced events role.
  • Experience running a range of marketing events including virtual events and highly proficient in Zoom.
  • Experience in a professional services environment, with a working knowledge of professional services industries.
