Equity Capital Markets and PLC Advisory Director

We have partnered with a global specialist advisory firm to assist in the search for both an Associate Director and Director to join their Equity Capital Markets and PLC Advisory team.

You would be joining a team who work across the UK Corporate Finance space with a strong focus on equity capital markets transactions including IPO's, M&A transactions and public company takeovers.

As an experienced Associate Director, or Director you will be responsible for leading all aspects of a transaction, from leading pitches through to execution.

In order to be suitable for this position you will:

• Have a minimum 5+ years Corporate Finance experience within UK Investment Banking, Corporate Broking or M&A lead advisory
• Be experienced in completing a number of deals within the M&A, ECM or IPO space
• Understanding of takeover codes and listing rules
• Currently be working in a global investment bank, UK stockbroker or M&A boutique
