Engagement Manager (Contract 12mths)

A modern, progressive and commercially-oriented City legal services business is seeking to recruit an Engagement Manager (Internal Communications) on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

This role can be delivered over 3 days (to be determined and are flexible). They are based in Central London.

The Engagement Manager will report to the Insurance Client and Business Development Lead. Insurance will be the practice in which this role is based.
Key responsibilities will include Engagement such as working with the senior management, Partners and BMS colleagues to develop and executive strategic engagement activities in support of defined business goals. Along with Communication that will include working with the central teams to implement best practice and improve processes across all.
The Engagement Manager will need to demonstrate a rich understanding of the discipline of internal engagement and communication. Be adept at scenario planning, and "seeing round corners". Have excellent editorial and writing skills, with ability to flex across a number of styles. Have a proven understanding of how to write like a marketeer not just like a journalist.
