E-billing Analyst

My client are currently seeking a highly skilled e-Billing Specialist to join their team and play a crucial role in ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of the firm's e-Billing invoices. This individual will also be instrumental in their continued effort to automate e-Billing processes and minimize rejections. If you possess an in-depth knowledge of the e-Billing Hub, key e-Billing vendor systems, and finance software, this opportunity might be perfect for you. Strong working knowledge of LEDES files and at least two years of experience with e-Billing Hub, Legal Tracker, Tymetrix 360, DataCert, Counsellink, Collaborati, and OnitBilling Point are also essential qualifications for this role. The ideal candidate will also be confident in building relationships and initiating communication with team members based in different offices/locations, while having a desire and willingness to learn new systems and adapt to change.

As an e-Billing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to analyse, streamline, and build new standardized and global processes that improve billing efficiency and the firm's cash cycle. You will play a key role in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and entrepreneurship, while utilizing best-in-class systems. The responsibilities of this role include preparing files for submission to clients via e-Billing Hub and various systems, troubleshooting and resolving advanced e-Billing submission errors, and assisting with e-Billing for some of the firm's more complex clients. You will review final invoices for accuracy and data integrity, ensuring compliance with client's billing guidelines, and provide technical support and customer service to billing attorneys and staff members regarding e-Billing implementation processes, submissions, and compliance with client's billing guidelines.
