A highly reputable and international law firm is looking for a Digital Marketing Systems Administrator to join their talented Central Marketing and Business Development team! In this role you will be a key driver of the firms' digital systems helping to build the firms profile and brand. You will be provided with excellent training and get the chance to be part of a top firm with a strong market presence and a reputation for being tech focused.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be supporting digital systems across the marketing and business development function, this will include.
Proof reading and drafting exciting social media and website content.
Working with the firm's content management system (Loopio) in updating spreadsheets.
Inputting and managing content in CRM to include, managing lists for publications and events.
Sending out event invites and newsletters through Vuture.
Providing Marketing - related ad-hoc support to the MBD team.
Research and Business Reporting duties to include
Using introhive and other firm resources to create research packs for MBD purposes.
You will report on newsletters, events, and social media through ROI reporting.
You will pull data from the firms' various digital systems to feed into their MBD reporting.
About You
You will have excellent verbal and communications skills and a 'can do' attitude.
You will have experience working in a professional environment and offering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
You will be proficient in MS applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
You will have experience using content management systems, email marketing tools and Photoshop or other image processing tools.
Experience in web publishing is a strong advantage but not essential.
You will be ambitious and have a desire to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
