Digital Marketing Lead

Ambition are currently supporting a law firm, who are seeking an ambitious and creative Digital Marketing Lead to join their dynamic BD & Marketing team. This role involves working closely with the firm's lawyers to drive growth, win new work, and promote the firm in its chosen markets. Reporting to the Director of BD & Marketing, this role will play a key role in shaping the firms marketing and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging visual and written content for the website, email newsletters, social media, intranet, and other channels.
• Project Management: Oversee the production of podcasts, videos, webinars, and other online tools.
• Social Media Management: Increase reach and engagement across all social media platforms.
• Advertising Campaigns: Establish and manage paid advertising campaigns.
• Digital Development: Lead website and digital development projects in collaboration with the external digital agency.
• Internal Communications: Enhance our internal communications channels.
• Performance Analysis: Analyse and report on the performance of digital channels.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proficiency in social platforms, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Wordpress, Canva, and more.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Design skills are a plus.
• Hybrid Working (three days in the office, two remotely)

To be considered for the role, you must have strong B2B marketing skills - preferably in a professional service environment. Will a passion for law and digital marketing.
