Digital Marketing Executive

Great opportunity at one of the worlds leading firms to be part of their Digital team as a Digital Executive! The role is reporting to the Head of Digital and given the current climate the role will work remotely to begin with until we return to some sort of 'normality' where you will develop into more of a hybrid of onsite and at home working. The Executive will be working across programmes such as Umbraco/RedDot, Google Analytics and Microsoft Dynamics so experience in these would be ideal.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Providing support to all CMS/CRM system as well as e-marketing tools
  • Working closely with the Head of Digital on developmental and transformative projects ranging from smaller to mid size projects
  • Preparing and publishing brand new content to internal/external channels
  • Assisting in managing the data quality in the CRM system
  • Provide 1-1 or group training in maintaining user guides
  • Researching new online opportunities that will benefit the firm which includes their website, competitor analysis as well as social media
  • Reporting online, social and email statistics to update teams on performance/improve client experience

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 1-2 years professional services experience e.g legal, accountancy or consultancy
  • Exceptional attention to detail, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience of content management systems, CRM systems and e-marketing tools
