Digital Marketing Assistant

An international Law firm is looking for a bright and talented individual to join their digital team in London. This is an exciting and varied role in which you will be supporting other members of the digital team and will get the chance to gain great exposure to a wide range of digital marketing activity. You will be joining a friendly and fun team at a pivotal time in which the firm is investing in their digital platform. Play a key role in engaging and exciting campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

  • You will use the firms content management system to maintain existing website content, as well as create new content.

  • Assist with the writing, scheduling, and publishing of content to social media platforms such as Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram in accordance with the firm's social media policy.

  • Manage content across the firm's video and podcast platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Buzzsprout.

  • Use analytics as well as reporting tools to produce key reports and analyse performance/engagement across the firms' digital channels (Google Analytics, Siteimprove, Hootsuite).

  • Use the firms email marketing systems and CRM systems (Tikit and InterAction) to generate and report on regular branded newsletters, briefing and event invitations sent out to important clients and contacts.

  • Source relevant imagery from stock image libraries to fit the firm's brand and style.

  • Generate branded social assets using Photoshop and support ongoing social media and PPC campaigns in liaison with various external agencies.

  • Educate and advise key stakeholders on best practice across digital channels, helping to increase employee advocacy.

  • Use Survey Monkey to create and deliver surveys.

About you

  • You will be educated to degree level or equivalent.

  • You will have experience in content management systems (e.g. Sitecore or Kentico), Photoshop and Google Analytics and understanding of basic SEO would be advantage, as would an eye for design.

  • You will have experience working in a business/corporate environment whether in a previous role or in a work placement.

  • You will be enthusiastic and keen with a positive attitude and have the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
