The Role
As a Creative Artworker within the business, you will be reporting into the BDM Operations Team Leader. You'll be working as part of a collaborative team of creative artworkers. You'll be part of a team that ensures the high quality work the firm are known for.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Create high-quality, impactful templated artwork adhering to brand guidelines
• Design and source bespoke elements for specific templates
• Ensure all work meets specifications and stakeholder briefs
• Manage stakeholder enquiries and expectations professionally
• Assess team capacity and update Senior Artworkers on challenges, focusing on solutions
• Build and develop good relationships with marketing teams, managing their expectations
• Collaborate with creative team members, sharing knowledge and experience
• Attend regular team meetings to review workflow, address challenges, and drive improvements
• Work energetically, taking responsibility for individual performance and striving for results
• Assist with Client Presentation services, producing/updating high-standard PowerPoint presentations within the brand

About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services firm
• Proven time and project management skills, handling multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
• Built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders
