A top Financial Consultancy are looking to add a Manager or experienced Assistant Manager with corporate insolvency experience to their London office.
You will be working on high profile Corporate engagements with some advisory assignments.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing a case load of Administrations, Solvent & Insolvent Liquidations and CVA processes.
- Overseeing the work of team members' to ensure cases are progressed in a timely manner.
- Identifying potential issues with IP and taking a proactive stance in suggesting solutions.
- Supervising and delegating work to junior members of staff; as wellas mentoring and providing guidance.
- Being key point of contact for stakeholder relationships.
- Taking on advisory assignments as and when required i.e. financial analysis of statutory accounts, cash flow forecasts etc.
You must have at least 5/6 years' insolvency experience and previous managerial experience. Corporate insolvency i.e. Administrations, Liquidations and Voluntary Arrangements are important.
You must also be a qualified Accountant i.e. ACCA / ACA or equivalent and ideally have relevent insolvency qualifications such as CPI / JIEB.
