I'm delighted to be supporting this top global law firm in their search for an experienced bids professional to join their high profile Corporate team. Working directly with Corporate Business Development team you'll play an integral role, responsible for the design and creation of all pitch and proposals for the group, managing and leading the process from start to finish, and using a creative flair to best determine how to elevate the reach and success of those pitches. You'll be joining a supportive team who pride themselves on their strong team ethos and real drive for success.

As Pitch Manager, duties will include:

• Supporting partners with the decision on suitable pitch opportunities
• Leading on pitch meetings, ensuring all clear and tangible pitch opportunities are managed in line with firms best practice
• Write, create and present pitches back to the legal team to ensure it's a compelling offering to the client
• Coach and mentor around pitch techniques, messaging and delivery
• Run client debriefs, collating feedback and analysing processes
• Analyse win rates and conduct client reports around new service line opportunities

What's needed:

• Previous pitch/proposals experience gained within a legal environment
• A creative approach to deliver the best and most appealing proposal
• Ability to work with and challenge senior stakeholders
• A commercial and analytical approach
