Corporate Finance Senior Executive

We have partnered with a top deal advisory team to help them recruit for a M&A / Corporate Finance Senior Exective/Junior Manager for their London office. If you are looking to build a career within a supportive environment at a genuinely ambitious firm, then this could be the role for you.

Upon starting as a Senior Associate/Junior Manager, you will join the corporate finance team working on lead advisory and transaction support engagements within the SME space across a wide range of sectors. Your main focus will be M&A advisory services, but will also include business and company valuations, business modelling, and financial due diligence projects

In order to be suitable for this position:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years M&A or Transaction Services experience having worked on both buy-side and sell-side engagements
• Motivated to work in a small yet growing team
• You will have strong valuation and financial modelling skills
• ACA/ACCA Qualified is preferred but not essential
