Corporate Finance Senior Associate

Ambition are working with a successful corporate finance team in London to help them recruit for a M&A / Corporate Finance Senior Associate for their London office. Upon starting as a Senior Associate, you will join the corporate finance team working on primarily lead advisory M&A engagements within the SME space across a wide range of sectors. Your main focus will be M&A advisory services, but will also include business and company valuations, business modelling, and financial due diligence projects

In order to be suitable for this position:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified
• You will have 1 - 2 years M&A or Transaction Services post-qualified experience having worked on buy-side and sell-side engagements
• Motivated to work in a growing team
• You will have strong valuation and financial modelling skills
• ACA/ACCA Qualified is preferred but not essential
