Corporate Finance Manager/Senior Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Finance - Transaction Services professional to join a small yet growing Corporate Finance team within a top practice firm. This Corporate Finance team are in need of a Manager or Senior Manager to help lead Corporate Finance projects focusing primarily on Transaction Services.

In a managerial position you will be responsible for running projects from start to finish and supporting the lead advisory M&A team. Responsibilities will include performing vendor, pre-acquisition and pre-investment due diligence, and also pre-lend reviews. You will report to the Partner regarding various due diligence projects as well as leading teams to complete various Corporate Finance tasks. This role will also allow you to gain client-facing experience by working alongside the partner in presenting report findings to a variety of clients.

In order to be suitable for this position you will:

• Be a Corporate Finance Manager either within an accounting practice or advisory firm
• Have a minimum of 2 years Corporate Finance - Transaction Services experience
• Be an experienced Manager who has led junior employees on a number of projects
• Have an entrepreneurial flair who is driven and keen to learn and develop
