Corporate Finance Executive - Leeds

We are delighted to be partnering with M&A advisory and Transaction Services specialists who are searching for Qualified Accountants motivated to start their career within Corporate Finance. Due to their increase in deal flow our client are continually looking to grow their successful and dynamic team in Leeds.

As a Corporate Finance Executive you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with Managers and Directors on live transactions
• Providing transaction support in regards to financial due diligence, writing up information memorandums and performing company valuations
• You will be required to build and improve various financial models
• Building relationships with existing and new clients

The right person for this role is somebody who is a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent) and has a passion for Corporate Finance.

To be considered for this role you will be currently working within audit, restructuring or transaction services.
