Corporate Finance Executive - Kent

An opportunity has arisen for a bright commercial accountant to join a 15 strong Corporate Finance team at the entry Executive grade. The team are a strong arm of a leading UK accountancy practice and they are looking to bolster up their M&A expertise in their offices based in Kent.

The team has worked on an array of successful transactions this year ranging on average between £2-20m in size including MBOs, Acquisitions, Debt & Equity Investments and Mergers.

This role will get you working on M&A assignments, assisting businesses looking to raise finance and helping with putting together financial models. This wil be a wide ranging role with the opportunity to get involved with advisory work.

To be considered for the role, you must be a recently qualified accountant, trained in audit, with good commercial acumen and an appetite to pursue a career with corporate finance.
