Corporate Finance Director - Transaction Services

We are working with one of our advisory clients who are looking to hire a Financial Due Diligence Transaction Services Director into their Corporate Finance team in London.

The team are known for completing small/mid-market deals with transaction sizes ranging from £2-50m.

This opportunity will allow you to head up the Transaction Services offering at this firm with a clear progression path to Partner level. Should you be the right person for this Due Diligence Director position you will work alongside the Corporate Finance M&A Partner in supporting and leading the due diligence process across a range of transactions.

You will be responsible for leading and running due diligence processes by conducting precise financial investigations into a company's performance. You will be the main contact for transaction support across a variety of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions within a number of different sectors.

In order to be suitable for this position you will:

• Be an experienced Transaction Services (FDD) Associate Director or Director
• ACA qualified or equivalent from a practice background
• Experienced in advising Owner Managed Businesses on financial due diligence matters
