This role is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to step into their first manager role.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate strategic messaging into content and collaborate with member firms.
• Draft focus articles for the global website, intranet, and other mediums.
• Communicate network news internally and externally.
• Ensure client-facing publications are accurate, on-brand, and timely.
• Write the monthly marketing communications newsletter.
• Support global/regional/service line conferences with internal communications plans.
• Oversee participation in IAB country and regional surveys.
• Write monthly round-ups of CSR and People-related activities.
• Draft social media posts and campaign messaging.

About You:

• Creative storyteller with experience in producing standout content.
• Strong communicator with excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Collaborative and autonomous, confident in working independently and with teams.

Requirements:

• Customer-first mindset with the ability to create resonant content.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services firm.
• Outstanding communication skills andproven editorial skills.
• Skilled in content strategy and project management.

General Skills:

• Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commercially aware and a reliable team player.
