As the Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the firms internal and external communications strategy. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Marketing, you'll enhance our brand, manage media relations, and drive digital communication efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Internal Communications:
• Develop and implement effective internal communication approaches aligned with the firms strategy and values.
• Manage internal channels, ensuring consistent messaging and showcasing their capabilities.
• Support key events and initiatives through strategic communication planning.
• External Communications:
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets and facilitate partner engagement.
• Prepare media briefings, respond to inquiries, and create newsworthy content.
• Optimise our website and social media presence.
• Brand Development:
• Embed and develop the firms brand strategically across relevant markets.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of communications experience gained within a legal or professional services environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and client-focused.
