Client Services Manager 12-month FTC

Ambition is seeking a Client Services Manager for a Silver Circle law firm. This fascinating law firm is looking for a driven and personable Client Services Manager for a 12-month FTC to help assist the firm's excellent commitment to their clients. The firm is seeing an increase in the volume and complexity of client surveys, supplier questionnaires and requests for information, therefore, the successful candidate will help deliver a new policy and process to manage all client requests effectively.

As a Client Services Manager, you will be involved in a number of exciting projects including:

  • Leading the rollout of the firm's new client survey response.
  • Creating standard and bespoke content to respond to client surveys.
  • Roll out and manage the firm's client secondment process.
  • Report the project's process, impact, and effectiveness.
  • Determine what level of response the client will receive.

To be considered for the position the following is required:

  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services.
  • Experience in project management/ client account management.
  • Experience working on sustainability projects.
  • Create a positive impact with colleagues, peers, and partners.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
