Client Relationship Manager - Diversity & Inclusion
Ambition are delighted to be working on a rare opportunity in the Legal marketing world, where we are looking for an individual to work in a client relationship capacity to advise the firms clients on D&I strategy.
You will be working in the consultancy arm of a global law firm and will key account manage a group of strategic relationships across multiple industries and sector groups. We are looking to engage individuals who are passionate about the D&I subject matter and have prior experience of working in a CRM capacity within the professional services sector.
Core aspects of the role include;
- You will play a pivotal role in managing the client relationships to advise the client of their delivery of their own D&I programmes.
- Work with the wider marketing team on creating strategic D&I initiatives, this will span from ideas for thought leadership and marketing campaigns in order to help promote the firms brand.
- Take an active role in looking at new business opportunities for the firm, strategically evaluating certain markets to look at potential new clients for the consultancy.
The role will be positioned at Account Management level and we will be looking to engage individuals who have prior management experience alongside those who might be looking to step into a management role for the first time.
For the client the interest in the D&I piece and prior experience of fostering consultative client relationships are the key metrics for the potential job holder to demonstrate.
