Client Relationship Manager

We are working with an award-winning legal firm with great growth plans and visions have opened a new position as a Client Relationship Manager to join their innovative and market leading client relationship team. The role is as a result of an internal move demonstrating their culture to drive individual career progression and development opportunities.

This opportunity will allow you to have end-end management of 5-10 of the firm's key clients ranging across a number of industries and sectors. Due to the model being different to the traditional law firm set up you will have full control of;

  • Maintaining the existing relationship with each individual client, building a personable relationship with key senior stakeholders
  • Managing the client listening and feedback, providing feedback to the business
  • Evaluating the clients within your remit for cross-selling/revenue expansion opportunities
  • Work alongside the Marketing function do deliver first-class marketing and thought leadership campaigns

We are looking to engage individuals who work within the Legal space, currently within a client led role or perhaps someone who is operating in a broader BD role who wants to take their career down focusing on the client relationship route away from a more traditional law firm environment.
