Client Relationship Manager

We are very excited to be working a brand-new role with a global law firm focusing on their TMT group, the role will have a hybrid feel to it and include managing a small number of high profile clients alongside being involved with the more campaigns and project elements associated with traditional business development duties.
The role will report into a experience senior manager, so the opportunity should give individuals a perfect platform for professional and personal development from a mid-long term perspective. The firm is also very inclusive around flexible working patterns and will be open to discussing potential options with individuals dependent on experience level.
Core duties include;
- Working with the key TMT partners on taking primary control of managing a number of key global client accounts, you will be expected to be market facing and build up your own personal relationships with the clients.
- Alongside the management of these accounts, you will also be required to conduct client listening and advise the partnership on improving client service and delivery levels.
- In conjunction with the Senior BD leadership team you will advise and be part of delivering industry and sector related projects and campaigns.
We are open to speaking with individuals who are either operating at management level currently or ambitious individuals looking to take the next step up in their career, previous experience of working within a partnership environment will also be needed.
