A leading professional services firm is seeking its first Client Programme Manager on a permanent basis. This UK-based role will design and deliver commercially focused, market-leading programmes that strengthen client relationships and enhance the firm's profile.

The position will oversee two key initiatives:

• Ascensus Programme - Aimed at in-house lawyers and business leaders, providing education, networking, and thought leadership through events and resources.
• Alumni Programme - Building a strategic community to foster connections, support business development, and advance diversity and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in marketing, business development, programme design, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
