I am delighted to be partnering with a leading Accountancy and Business Advisory firm as they embark on their search for a Client Journey Manager.

Joining the Business Services and Outsourcing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the firm can meet all their client's evolving requirements.

As Client Journey Manager you will manage relationships from acceptance of proposal through to the business as usual go- live. You will do this by acting as a central point of contact for all services lines, focussing on BSO but bringing in other resources as needed.

You will need to have to experience working in an accountancy firm, relevant experience within a similar role, ideally within a BSO function and have excellent knowledge of Excel, word and powerpoint.
