Client Development Executive

We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Client Development Executive to support one of their practice groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded BD professional to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team, driving client development initiatives across a high-profile area of the business.

The Role

You'll work closely with partners, lawyers, and BD colleagues to deliver strategic and tactical business development support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting client development
  • Leading product group meetings and driving tactical BD plans
  • Creating capability statements and marketing collateral
  • Coordinating events and content initiatives
  • Supporting client feedback programmes and new service launches
  • Collaborating with international stakeholders to promote global expertise
  • Conducting client, market, and competitor research
  • Tracking financial performance and client engagement metrics
  • Supporting CRM coordination and reporting (InterAction)

You'll also contribute to pitch support, thought leadership positioning, and internal communications, working closely with marketing, knowledge, and business intelligence teams.

About You

  • Has experience in business development within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Is confident managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Is proactive, analytical, and commercially aware
  • Understands CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
