Business Development Specialist (Paris)

I am partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Business Development Specialist for its Paris office. This is a key role supporting the firm's Paris and Brussels teams, working closely with senior leadership and collaborating across EMEA and the US.

The Role
In this position, you will support the full spectrum of business development and marketing activity, including:

  • Managing and preparing pitches and RFP responses, working with global proposal teams where required
  • Drafting and maintaining marketing collateral, bios, and practice materials tailored to the Paris and Brussels offices
  • Leading local matter collection to ensure accurate experience data for submissions
  • Planning and delivering events, seminars, sponsorships, and targeted marketing initiatives
  • Preparing directory and award submissions and contributing to broader regional efforts
  • Supporting key client development initiatives across the firm
  • Coordinating with communications teams on LinkedIn content and press activity
  • Assisting lawyers with individual BD and client development needs

About You
You will bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in professional services (legal sector preferred)
  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
