Business Development Specialist - Milan

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its growing Milan office. This newly created role will assist with BD initiatives across transactional practice areas and work closely with senior BD leadership across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update pitches, proposals, credentials, and marketing materials.
• Maintain CRM systems, pitch libraries, and client data.
• Conduct market research and support BD reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for client events and sponsorships.
• Support cross‑office BD projects and client action plans.
• Assist with press releases and deal announcements.

About You

• 2-3 years' BD or marketing experience (professional services preferred).
• Native Italian with strong English skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across offices.
