Business Development Manager - Regions


We are delighted to be working with a well being focused national law firm who wishes to recruit an established Business Development Manager with excellent financial services (FS) experience.
This role is based in the one of their regional offices that are based in Birmingham, Exeter, Manchester or Nottingham. They also offer hybrid working.
The Business Development Manager would act as strategic advisor to the FS Target Market Group Lead and Group. They would advise on market strategy, and recommend client care, business development and marketing initiatives, such as campaigns, in line with strategy.
We are seeking to hear from Business Development professionals who have a FS background within legal or professional services experience.

The Business Development Manager must be able to demonstrate they have stakeholder management, strategy, planning, reporting experience and a new business development background again ideally within the Health and Legal sectors.

The Business Development Manager will be a trusted adviser who is positive and credible. A leader in best practice and be able to ensure quality deliverables within deadlines. You will be focused, reducing volume, increasing quality, and improving results. Strong organisation/ project management. You must have strong collaborating skills along with good communication skills both written and verbal with attention to detail.
