Business Development Manager - Real Estate and Projects
We are working with an international Law firm who are looking for an established Business Development Manager to join their Finance and Real Estate & Projects teams. They are looking to recruit this role on a permanent basis for their London office.
Within each of these two practice groups, there are several specialist practice areas and the successful candidate will develop an understanding of, and execute the BD plans for, all areas, with effective support from two BD executives.
Your primary role will be to provide BD support, advice and insight, helping the teams to grow significantly their market reputation and revenues. Your responsibilities:
- Work with the practice area leaders to draft their business plans and take the lead on delivering on the BD aspects of the plans
- Work with partners to define how they can differentiate their practices in the market and develop key selling messages for the partners and groups as a whole
- Develop and help execute client relationship plans and act as the account manager for key clients of the practice groups and carry out feedback on these clients to continuously improve our services
The successful candidate will be from a Law firm or professional services background given the seniority of the role.
