Senior Business Development Manager - Real Estate

Ambition are working with an established UK legal brand to bring in a Senior Business Development Manager to lead their Real Estate practice. You will report into the Marketing & BD Director and given the RE value to the business we are looking for individuals who have prior management experience for this role.

A background in RE Marketing & BD would be advantageous and we would welcome applications from individuals currently operating in Legal or from within the Real estate industry itself.

Duties within the role include;

· Understanding the pitch/bids process - whilst the role is not heavy in this area, prior experience gained within a professional services environment will be needed to be considered for the role.

· Marketing collateral & social media - You will be heavily involved in the output of marketing content for the Real Estate group, this will include more traditional methods + taking ownership of social & digital media feeds.

· Partner & Client facing work - Demonstrating the gravitas to work closely with the internal stakeholders will be pivotal, you will also have experience at client targeting & driving strategy.

The firm have a really collegiate team the internal culture of the business we perceive to be very good, this role would suit someone who has a keen interest in the RE sector and wants to be operating in a highly visible role with plenty of scope of mid-long term development.
