Business Development Manager - Real Estate
We have partnered with an established UK Legal brand to bring someone into their existing BD function to lead their commercial real estate business. This is an established and integral part of the law firm, giving this role prominence across the business and a good depth of responsibility.
We are looking to engage individuals who have a track record of operating within the commercial real estate world, ideally from within a law firm environment. Prior experience of operating at management level would also be ideal as the role will include picking up line management of a junior report, however prior line management is not essential.
Key components of the role;
* You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the firm's Real estate practice, managing the budgets and working very closely with senior partners on how to reach the business objectives.
* Understanding the pitch/bids process - whilst the role is not heavy in this area, it is anticipated that you will lead on all major/panel bids and pitches relevant to the Real Estate group.
* Profile raising, you will be pivotal in rolling out RE led campaigns and working with partners to further increase their reputations and presence in certain markets and clients. They are keen to utilise more traditional marketing tools alongside pushing the digital and wider comms piece.
* Partner & Client facing work - Demonstrating the gravitas to work closely with the internal stakeholders will be pivotal, you will also have experience at client targeting & driving strategy.
