Reports to: Head of Business Development

A strategic role driving growth in the Health & Life Sciences sector. The Business Development Manager acts as a trusted advisor to sector leads, shaping market strategy and delivering impactful client development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sector strategy aligned with firm objectives
  • Advise on client care, marketing campaigns, and business development priorities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and co-chair sector meetings
  • Monitor financial performance, bids, and ROI; recommend improvements
  • Drive client retention, cross-selling, and new business opportunities
  • Lead a Senior BD Executive focused on Life Sciences

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong commercial acumen and market insight
  • Proven experience in business development within professional services
  • Skilled in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and execution
  • Confident communicator with leadership experience
